Friendly front office staff and complimentary coffee 24 hours a day.
Bathroom shower facility very basic, not commensurate with a 3-star hotel.
Friendly and helpful staff, cozy atmosphere in the lobby, complimentary coffee 24 hours a day. The room was clean but basic. Noise from the nearby road was not a problem. Shower facility was rather disappointing and not commensurate to a 3-star hotel. Hotel is not conveniently located with respect to downtown and the airport.
Shopping Tip : Bus stop just across the hotel is quite convenient. Bus ride to the nearby mall (largest in Scandinavia) is just 10 minutes.

- Walk a while to take a bus to go to the city
- Staff has a good suggestion for transportation and going to the city
- I took a taxi for 90 DKK
