Northeast of the old town, excellent location near the church of St. Orefu. Great quiet and hear the bustle and noise of the car.
In the Old Town of Tallinn that flowed out from the Middle Ages, "cheers" as meaning that the naming, logo of the motif of the applause, something light-and-tumble feel inconsistent. Furnished but clean, green and yellow and orange as the color tones, like home improvement "Nito ○" tacky feel like Uketa. Poor effectiveness of a key card to open the sliding door of the hotel building, and had to pull or crown many times. Breakfast, feeling lukewarm.

Got a better / more expensive hotels that were absent at the railway station ... think it was called "Schults' or something like that.
When we got to the hotel so it was fully booked ... problems with the system, they said. They were extremely poor at English.
I have not stayed here so I do not have much to write.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Old Town of Tallinn is very nice ... nicer than villnius which is at the UN World Heritage Site. The beach east of the town center is a nice place to swim on. The "Russian" market behind the train station is a fun place to visit.
