Leila R. Couples Finland, February 25, 2013	Ystävällinen ja palvelualtis henkilökunta, rauhall Loistava sijainti ajatellen lapsiperheen kesälomamatkaa. Lähellä eläintarha, ulkoilmamuseo, kauppakeskus ja merimaisema 9 Automatkailijalle ihanteellinen, parkkipaikat hotellin edessä. Henkilökunta oli aidosti kiinnostunut hotellivieraan hyvinvoinnista. Huone mukava ja siisti. Jopa siivoojat tervehtivät aamulla. Aamiaisella oli mukavasti hedelmiä tarjolla ja pöytää täydennettiin heti, kun jokin ruokalaji kävi vähiin. Kauppakeskus on kävelymatkan päässä. Ainoa negatiivinen asia oli miesten saunan epäpuhtaus ja miltei kylmäkius vaikka sauna-aika ei ollut vielä päättynyt. Shopping Tip: Läheinen kauppakeskus. Hyvät julkiset yhteydet keskustaan.

Ehkä vähiten nuorten aikuisten juhlintayöpymiseen. 9 Merenrantasijainti hieno. Myös ostoskeskuksen läheisyys plussaa. Sinänsä nopea SPA tarjonta ei vastannut odotuksia. Esitteen ylisanat eivät vastanneet todellisuutta. Hierontaajan vaihto esm. kosmetologipalveluun ei onnistunut vaikka hoitaja oli sama henkilö. En suosittelisi palveluja yöpyjälle jonka tarkoitus on saada erilaisia käsittelyitä. Hotelliin itseensä olin tyytyväinen.

Families with older children Finland, December 21, 2010	Erittäin mukava pieni hotelli rayhallisessa paikas Hyvä aamupala, hyvät kulkuyhteydet, viihtyisät tilat, ilmainen pysäköinti. 9.3 hotelli sopii monenlaiselle matkailijalle, ei välttämättä kuitenkaan ns. bilettäjälle. hyvä ja maistuva aamupala, viihtyisä sauna- ja uima-allasosasto. viihtyisät oleskelutilat ja mukava huone. hotellin läheisyydessä sijaitsee viron suurin ostoskeskus rocc al mare, jossa viettää ostoksia tehden vaikka kaksikin päivää. kauppakeskuksessa sijaitsee myös prisma, mistä löytää paikalliset ruoka- ja juomatuliaiset helposti ja edullisesti. lähietäisyydellä on myös aivan mahtava ulkomuseoalue, johon ehdottomasti kannattaa tutustua.
