Perfectly situated in the middle of the old town

This appartment block has it all - space (studio as big as one bedroom), full kitchen (even a dishwasher) clean, well maintained, comfortable,and the position couldn't be better - across the road from the Tourist Information Office and within walking distance of 14 of the 16 "must see's".
One problem for oldies like us - no lift!! If you are on the 3rd. floor as we were it a 54 step climb so to request a lower floor is the answer

Great location, with some useful features

i booked two apartments for this stay. the residence itself is a few bare metres from the town hall in tallinn; just perfect as a location for exploring.
my parents were in the other apartment from me; it had a small but manageable and decently equipped kitchen, and a bathroom that included a washing machine, which was incredibly useful.
my apartment had a bigger kitchen, which was also well equipped, but no washing machine. both were homey and welcoming, and had decent beds and bathrooms.
things did get a little noisy in the evenings, with sound drifting up from the sleep, but you can't expect much else from the very centre of any town. there is no lift and the flats are on different floors, but that is a minor issue. the flats seemed very secure with multiple doors between you and the outside world.
i would definitely go back and stay in this place, and my parents were also very happy with it.

I went to Tallinn with a group of friends and had an absolutely amazing time. stayed at Kullassepa residence and i would reccommend it to everyone. I will definately be back
Nightlife Tip:
Perfect location for good Tallinn nightlife, If your booking Kullassepa try and book luxury room as it has its own sauna
