Great location and umber spa

Good location in the old town. Rooms were very small but clean and no noise. Breakfast was basic. Eggs cold meat etc but as much as you want buffet style. Make sure you tell the taxi driver it is the garden hotel as there are several meritons

Great restaurants near by. Try the Estonian sausage.

My experience was a wonderful one. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was within a short distance to major points of interest in the old towm.

Hotellihuoneessa oli valtava viemärinhaju. Viemärissä oli jokin vika mikä ei kahden päivän aikana hellittänyt lainkaan.

Vanhan kaupungin ytimessä, toimiva ja ystävällinen palvelu, runsas ja maukas aamiainen.

kaikki toimi hyvin ja palvelu oli ystävällistä ja ripeää. ainoa pettymys oli, ettei huone ollut läheskään niin tunnelmallinen kuin kuvissa. yleisesti ottaen tuntuu, että tallinnassa ei juuri arvosteta keskiaikaista/vanhanaikaista tunnelmaa, vaan kaikki historiallisten rakennusten sisätilat remontoidaan moderneiksi. kolmen hengen huoneessa yksi sängyistä oli varavuode, eikä astioita ym ollut valmiiksi laitettu kolmelle, vaan vain kahdelle, vaikka varauksemme oli kolmelle. tästä miinusta. yleisesti ottaen kuitenkin hyvä hotelli ja mainio sijainti, voisin yöpyä toistekin. pidemmän oleskelun kannalta meriton spa-hotellin altaiden, saunojen ja kuntosalin käyttömahdollisuus myös kiva bonus.

lentokentältä lyhyt matka hotellille. lähistöllä erinomaisia ruokapaikkoja ja kahviloita rajattomasti, siis valinnan varaa löytyy. hotellista käsin lyhytmatka tutustua vanhaankaupunkiin.hotellihuoneet siistit, mutta pienikokoiset,hotelli alkuun sokkeloinen ennen kuin reittin oppiin tuntemaan, rauhallinen ympäristö ei yö meteliä. erinomainen sää suosi lomailua,ei enää suurta turisti paljoutta, joten jonottamiselta vältyttiin. vastaanotossa hyvä, kiireetön palvelu.

Hotellin omat ravintolat ja kahvila.

Vietimme kaksi yötä hotellissa. Hotelli sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta vanhassa kaupungissa. Meillä oli de luxe huone, joka sijaitsi viidennessä kerrkosessa. Neljänteen ja viidenteen kerrokseen piti kävellä portaita, joten liikuntarajoitteisille nuo kaksi kerrosta eivät sovellu. Hotellissa oli hiss1 kolmanteen kerrokseen. Huoneemme oli rakennettu ullakolle ja oli kooltaan kohtalaisen kokoinen. Huoneen jäähdytys ei kuitenkaan ollut riittävä kesähelteellä. Aamupala oli tuudyttävä.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Bussilipput pitää ostaa ennen bussiin nousua. Ainakin R-Kioskit myyvät lippuja.

Godt hotell i Gamlebyen

Det var stille og fredelig på hotellet. Rommet var lite, men alt var i orden på badet og rommet. God standard, men kanskje
4 stjerner er litt mye ? Jeg synes imidlertid at det var et
rimelig og godt hotell med en ideell plassering i Gamlebyen.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Jeg såg en ballett i Den nasjonale operaen. Det er en flott bygning og forestillingen var av høy kvalitet. Jeg tror de
er spesielt gode på kultur. Dessuten var det rimelig.
