Sean R. Couples Canada, August 15, 2012	Amazing hotel in a medieval building Historical setting 8.7 Most sites have this hotel rated at the top of the pack in Tallinn, and it's with good reason. It's a fantastic old building (dating from the 14th century) which gives it a tonne of character. Great attentive service, well appointed room, and reasonable price. Highly recommended. Restaurant Tip: The Ribe restaurant is located within 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel and is highly recommended.

Solo travelers Italy, March 30, 2012	Ottomo hotel e personale squisito Posizione dell'hotel, personale gentilissimo e sempre molto disponibile, atmosfera calda e avvolgente, ti pare di stare a casa tua 10 L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione nel cuore di Tallin, in una stradina molto tranquilla. L'accoglienza è stata squisita e tutto il personale è stato sempre gentilissimo e disponibile. Tutto è curato nei minimi particolari per far sentire al meglio l'ospite: il mattino appesa alla porta della camera si trova una busta contenente un foglio con le notizie del giorno del paese di provenienza, prima di sera una gentilissima cameriera viene a preparare la camera per la notte, la pulizia è ottima e nulla è lasciato al caso. Nel piano terreno c'è il locale colazione, che è anche un ottimo ristorante. Si viene accolti in una sala elegante con un bellissimo grande camino alla parete. Durante il mio soggiorno, viste le basse temperature, veniva tenuto acceso, e questo rendeva l'ambiente ancora più accogliente. Colazione ricchissima e ottima; questo è forse il momento in cui il cliente viene maggiormente viziato dal personale. Il mio soggiorno è stato stupendo, non posso che consigliare questo hotel. Travel tip: Tallin è una città bellissima, perdetevi nel dedalo delle sue stradine, a volte vi sembrerà di passeggiare in un luogo fatato. Unico vero suggerimento: nella tardissima mattinata e fino al pomeriggio la città viene lettaralmente invasa da turisti "mordi e fuggi" che ovviamente falsano la vera atmofera della vecchia Tallin, quindi vedetevela un po' presto al mattino e poi nel tardo pomeriggio, sarà bellissima.

Couples Finland, March 26, 2011	Rauhallinen ja tunnelmallinen, palvelultaan loista Palvelu toimii, rauhallisuus ja tunnelmallisuus antoivat pikkulomalle upeat puitteet. 10 Saapuessamme hotelliin portieeri oli välittömästi taksimme luona toivottamassa tervetulleeksi. Kantoi tietenkin laukkumme sisään ja kertoi samalla hotellista ja palveluista. Samoin huoneessamme. Hotellin henkilökunnan ystävällisyys oli todella miellyttävää, ei liian "päällekäyvää". Aamiainen ja huone tasokas. Ei mitään pahaa sanottavaa.
