Normal Hotel for the price
Good price, helpfull staff

Staff was helpfull, rooms very small but tidy. Breakfest was good, especially porridge was good as in childhood. :)
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Aahaa center and Tartu old city is worth to see.
Hotel is a bit far from the city center, so the location is ok if you travel by car.
