Nice apartment with good location

Staff are nice, and willing to help with quick response.
The price is reasonable and relatively low when comparing with the hotel. The apartment I stayed is closed to shopping malls and supermarkets, and just 15mins to Central Railway Station.
I love the decoration of my apartment, clean and tidy, kitchen with all basic equipment.
Hotel Feature Tip:
For those who is going to arrive early in the morning, or late in the evening, should pay attention to the working hour of their office since you have to collect the keys first.
Some of their apartments dont have lift, you may request for lower floor if you have a lot of belongings.
For family travellers, please note that their apartments may not inside the same building, so please book a bigger apartment if you want to stay together.

The staff were so friendly and the room was standard size with kitchen. Good price value and location. It is near the big shopping centre. This apartment is old but the room is nice and clean. The location was also good as it was right across the road from Metro and tram station.

Perfect Helsinki central location
Convenient for city sights, train station and airport buses. Good price for a place where you can cook your own food

We stayed for 5 nights in cold January. The room was clean and warm. There was an electric kettle, a microwave, a fridge and a toaster plus plates, mugs, cutlery. Helsinki restaurants are not cheap and so we saved money on not eating out - factor that benefit into the cost! The Citykoti office is close to all their properties and help is easily available. Staff are very helpful.
It is a short walk to supermarkets, shopping malls, train and bus stations. Museums, gardens, galleries and the harbour are all within easy walking distance and we did not have to take a city bus or tram at all.
We would stay again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Don't miss the Ateneum museum or National museum (Kansallismuseo)and, of course, the 5 euro return boat trip to Suomelinna island (Fortress of Finland).
