Very simple and remote hotel

It is a nice place if you are looking for a hotel in a quiet part of the city. Very remote, no public transportation close to the location. Looks like the hotel is particulary meant for conferences and team-building events. Do not chose it if you are actually just spending a day or two in Helsinki. Takes about hour and a half to get to the airport.
Room was really small, very simple, no room service (at least no info about it), no toiletries in the bathroom, hotel has an old feeling and very thin walls, could hear people walking not only in the hallway on my floor but also one floor below.
Two good things about my stay - great breakfast and complimentary sauna.

We took our decision to go to HKI too late, just before time to live almost at midnight. Looking through different sites we found in Agora fantastic place on the sea side. It was hotel Rantapuisto. We were looking for the hotel close to HKI, calm and for the good price for one night. This hotel fitted our expectations. Price could be lower as it was dead season.We got cofirmation immediately.
When we arrived hotel was almost empty. Location is excellent even if you travel without a car. Window view towards the sea was beautifull.

Очень красивое месторасположение, кругом природа, залив, птицы поют. Очень мило, если в летнее время отдыхатькак загородный пансионат у нас в Курортном р-не. Советую останавливаться тем, кто путешествует на личном автомобиле т.к. до центра Хельсинки не близко все же, на метро стаций 8

Великолепная природа, отзывчивый персонал,номер в стиле скандинавского минимализма, но этого вполне достаточно для комфортного отдыха. Вкусный завтрак. Бесплатный интернет АДСЛ в номере. В наш номер добивал бесплатный wifi из лобби. Очень много птиц и ощущение, что живешь где то очень далеко за городом, хотя до центра на машине 15 мин. Очень легко найти отель по карте.
Shopping Tip:
Очень близко от отеля метро и Итакескус, самый крупный шопингцентр в Финляндии.

Placerat nära stranden i vackra landskap. Skitbra bastu och badet på sommaren. Belagt nära stora köpcenter. Bekväma rum, fin mat på restaurangen. Tyst och fint.

Mycket fint och tyst hotell, placerat som om på landet med väl utvecklade kommunikation och transport till stadens center, Östra Center. Facilitets omfattande och bekväma - fin och rymlig bastu, flera badplatser och strandbastu med utgången till sjö. Flera promenad stigar längs stranden och i skogen. Mycket fin service och vänlig personal. En känner sig väl bemött.
