I enjoyed the 7 days I stayed at the Crowne Plaza. The club room floor has a pleasant communal room with fresh breakfast and a small happy hour in the evening. The club room is worth the difference in price!

Good hotel, typical of this class

A good quality hotel with all the amenities that you would expect from a Crown Plaza Hotel. What was very impressive was the gym and pool, which I believe is a health/fitness club, but located on the lower floor of this hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Avoid taxis.....very expensive.. paid 10 euro before we got out of the hotel parking lot. You can walk to downtown, which is about 15 to 20 minutes, or take public transportation.

great hotel room and gym area
room was spacious and the gym was massive

The hotel reception could have made a little more effort to be more hospitable. ie- bring bags to room.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel was within walking distance to all the major attractions- (1.5 km) in the city center. highly reccommend taking one of th eboat tours on the harbour front.

Cozy hotel not in city centre

staff were friendly and helpful, free 12-hr wifi only applicable for priority club members. i booked rooms through agoda, hence, was not given any members' privilege. however, i was given free wifi password upon asking/ confirmation that i am still a priority club member.
the heated pool is not too big but enough for few swimmers to enjoy short laps. gym is large and well equipped.

I always enjoy staying in a crowne plaza hotel as i find the beds very comfortable and the facilites top class. The restaurants are always excellent. I also like the toiletries provided

Crowne Plaza in Helsinki
This Hotel is very spacious. The rooms are very modern and well equiped. The pool and treatment areas are extremely well laid out and comfortable to use.

This hotel is very well laid out and beautifully presented. The reception area is large, with plenty of space to sit or wait or indeed enjoy a cup of complimentary coffee. The staff it has to be said are extremely courteous and very professional.
The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. The bathrooms especially are clean and tidy and very modern.
All in all, this hotel represents great value for money and I am hard pressed to come up with any really negative comments.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Use the hotel pool and sauna located on the lower ground floor. Its free.

Use of extensive sporting facilities in the basement - run by a separate company. A really fully equipt room. Iron, ironing board, trouser press,coffee maker, internet connection, bath robe etc.

The Crown Plaza Hotel Helsinki is located just out of the town centre. Quiet but within range of frequent public transport. Noteable high, non intrusive security. Knowlegable and attentive staff. Corporate facilities such as a business centre, free of charge for residents, computer internet, printer, copier and fax. Extensive sport facility. Generally a hotel that one would be hard to ask what was missing.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Try the dinner cruise. 2.5 hours. Excellent menue and service. IHA-LINES m/s Doris

Convenient to everything
Easy walking distance to Finland National Museum and tram stops. Finnair airport bus very conveniently located behind hotel. Internet access in room. Hotel is beautiful and comfortable.

The hotel is very nice, staff are professional and courteous. It had a businessman's atmosphere. English is a comfortable language and you can easily feel right "at home." The rooms are very nice and complete with Internet access, though cable and not wireless. It is extremely convenient for sightseeing, being close to Finland National Museum and near numerous tram stops and the Helsinki bus depot. A Finnair airport bus makes stops every 20 minutes just behind the hotel. Our only disappointment was the Macu Restaurant. Portions were tiny and overpriced.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Make sure to visit the Market Square. Also get the all day transportation pass for 6 euros.

near this hotel, there is a park with lake. you can just walk the road and you will arrive at city center.

They have nice view and really awsome room for travelers and business. all of stuffs are perfect and modern. If you stay here, you must be like it. it takes 10 min to go city center but it's not that far.
