Use of extensive sporting facilities in the basement - run by a separate company. A really fully equipt room. Iron, ironing board, trouser press,coffee maker, internet connection, bath robe etc. Expensive breakfast. I know it is necessary but at reception the percentage of Trainees was too high The Crown Plaza Hotel Helsinki is located just out of the town centre. Quiet but within range of frequent public transport. Noteable high, non intrusive security. Knowlegable and attentive staff. Corporate facilities such as a business centre, free of charge for residents, computer internet, printer, copier and fax. Extensive sport facility. Generally a hotel that one would be hard to ask what was missing.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Try the dinner cruise. 2.5 hours. Excellent menue and service. IHA-LINES m/s Doris

Easy walking distance to Finland National Museum and tram stops. Finnair airport bus very conveniently located behind hotel. Internet access in room. Hotel is beautiful and comfortable. Macu Restaurant a big disappointment. The hotel is very nice, staff are professional and courteous. It had a businessman's atmosphere. English is a comfortable language and you can easily feel right "at home." The rooms are very nice and complete with Internet access, though cable and not wireless. It is extremely convenient for sightseeing, being close to Finland National Museum and near numerous tram stops and the Helsinki bus depot. A Finnair airport bus makes stops every 20 minutes just behind the hotel. Our only disappointment was the Macu Restaurant. Portions were tiny and overpriced.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Make sure to visit the Market Square. Also get the all day transportation pass for 6 euros.

near this hotel, there is a park with lake. you can just walk the road and you will arrive at city center. It takes some time to process like check in or check out. They have nice view and really awsome room for travelers and business. all of stuffs are perfect and modern. If you stay here, you must be like it. it takes 10 min to go city center but it's not that far.

Nice location, very convenient Very convenient location near to the park and several listed restaurant. Easily access to main railway station, museum or shopping malls by trams 4, 7 and 10.
Less than 5 minutes walks from Finair bus connection from/to airport.
Friendly staff but slightly shortage.
High standard facilities (swimming pool, sauna, gym).
Hotel room is clean and nicely present, bit small.
Restaurant Tip : Kuu restaurant just round the corner

Nice design, excellent beds, clean and quiet, free Internet access. Nice design all over, the room was clean and attractive, very good bed, nice bathroom with tub/shower combination, free Internet access. The hotel looked freshly renovated, staff was friendly and it is close to the city center (10 min walk), the Sibelius Park (ditto), and there is another-park-with-lake right across the street. There are several nice restaurants right around the corner. The airport shuttle stops right outside, but you should tell the driver that you want this hotel because they only list the next-door Scandic Hotel (go figure).
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The Sibelius park with the Sibelius monument is a 10-min walk from the hotel. Pick up a map and go for it, both the park and the monument is worth a visit. Don't forget to bring your camera!

good location, nice room, friendly staff You can take T4 tram from central station with national musemum direction. There are just 2 stops(after national musemum). I'm satisfied its good servece, good facility but without breakfast. There is free coffe in the big hall.
