the apartment is well furnished, spacious and comfortable. it is located in an island just 2 minutes walking from the conference center. it is suitable for business trips or for temporary stay for one person or for a couple.

部屋は広く、バスタブはありませんでしたがて快適でした。
中央駅からトラムで３駅目、徒歩でも歩ける距離で、オールドマーケットにも歩いて行ける便利な場所。

ベッドリネン、タオル等の交換が無いので共同のランドリースペースで洗濯していました。
１１月中旬に５日間滞在しましたが、室内はヒーターがで常に暖かく洗濯ものも１日で乾きましたので、その点は快適です。エストニア・タリン行きのフェリーターミナルも近かったです。
キッチン付きで、ポットやコーヒーメーカーなども付いてましたが、一人だったからか、、意外と使用しませんでした。

Huoneessa oli asiallinen minikeittiö. Jäin kaipaamaan uunia ja erityisesti kahvinkeitintä. Kylpyhuone oli siisti, kylpyamme olisi ollut poikaa, aikaansaanut luksuksen tunteen. Kiva, että shampoota oli varattuna kuitenkin.
Rappukäytävä oli kunnostettu vanhaa kunnioittaen. Myös huoneen sisätilat olivat ajan hengen mukaan laitetut. Tosin minikeittiö hiukan soti kokonaisvaikutelmaa vastaa. Miellyttävä sisustus kaiken kaikkiaan. Huone oli maan tasalla, mikä oli yllätys eikä minun mielestäni ilmennyt ainakaan selvästi majoituksen varaustiedoista.
