The best location. Railway station and bus station just infront of the hotel. Forum shopping center only 5 min on foot. Unfortunatly i've forgrotten my toofpaste, i caled reciption and asked bring it to me, but no one came i had to go downstairs and get it myself. Very fast chack-in service. Rooms are bright and cozy. Good choice hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Post museum is nearest bulding. The museum of modern is just 50 metres from the hotel. Open air skating-rink is in 5 min on foot.

Centrally located in the heart of the city, easy access to the public transportations (taxy, bus, tram, train). I have made correct decision choosing agoda website to book hotel in Helsinki- Holiday Inn Helsinki City Centre. Besides the user friendly website, I am happy with the good room rate. I enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn City Center Helsinki.
Shopping Tip : This hotel is close to the shopping malls and streets.

Good location, nice rooms. The Holiday Inn is literally at city centre -- it is right next to central railway station. We were a bit worried if the central location might mean noisy nights, but the sound insulation seemed decent. The hotel itself is rather new, one of the glass-steel buildings that are an all too common sight in Helsinki these days. The rooms were nice and clean. Wired Internet was included. The reception staff was polite although a bit impersonal. We asked if we could get our room early and the answer was "no" without even checking. Only when we told that we had called and checked a few minutes ago did the receptionist actually check that there indeed was a room for us.
We did not try the breakfast buffet -- it wasn't included in the standard price, and at a whopping 18 euros / person, we thought we'd rather spend our money at some cosier place.
I would recommend this place if you need just a place to spend a night, but for longer stays I'd choose a place with a nicer atmosphere.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The museum of modern art, Kiasma, is very close.

Best location, Kind staffs, Nice sauna, Nice restaurant The room is a little narrow. This hotel is located in best position in Helsinki. We can take the train and bus easily. The train station is next to this hotel. The bus stop of Finnair bus ain in front of this hotel. So we could use the trains and buses many times in our staying in Finland. The staffs of this hotel are very kind. I was pleased to take the sauna in this hotel. The sauna room is very clean and confortable. I could get rid of my tiredness.

The hotel staffs are very kind. And the sauna in this hotel was very clean. The position of this hotel is very convenient. Because the bus top of Finnair is in front of this hotel. The shopping area is a little far from thios hotel. This hotel is very clean. The sauna is very good. The staffs are very kind. The room is comfortable. Especially, shower room is very good. The cleaning survice is very good. The location of this hotel is good. We took the finnair bus from airport to Helsinki. Because the bus stop was in front of this hotel, we could find this hotel easily. We spend good time at this hotel in Helsinki. The restaurant in this hotel was very nice.

A good spot new modern hotel. Service in place. Comfortable room. The hotel is a good place: both the train enters the center of dealings. All hotetlliyöpymiseen matters are in order. Evening spending and restaurants todin I know, I have not joutanut test.
