Convienent location with big room

this hotel is situated conveniently in the city of helsinki with easy access of every kind of transportation and restaurants. the only bad thing is that the shower curtain in the bathroom is not long enough to cover the whole wet area, so the water will make the whole bathroom floor wet as well as the clothes. however, i will definitely recommend this hotel to family and group of friends who wish to stay together in one room.

A Learning Experience in Unique Hotel Concept

A bit scary at start as this is the first hotel we stayed in Europe without a reception. I wondered how it operates so we tried Omenahotel in Finland. When we were there, I learned it was so simple. I received an sms few hours before the check in time which normally in this hotel is at 1600hr, where you will be informed of your door code (plus your room no.) which you will keep for yourself to use in opening all passage doors, elevator and your room.
It is a self service type of hotel. Price is very reasonable and location is very good. The city center is nearby to walk.
Hope more Omena hotels available not only in Denmark, Sweden and Finland but even in Asia where I live....
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Soumenlinna is a must place to see.
Try the salmon sour at a small squared restaurant in the middle of the market square for a very reasonable price yet so tasty.
