The hotel is quite ok, average 4 stars. Rooms are quite large, but all with a very narrow window. Bathroom is average, as well as breakfast. Beds are ok. Sauna is quite nice.

From the moment you get in, you feel welcome. The staff is friendly and willing to help with any question you might have.
Even though I feared the room would be very small, there was place enough for a single business traveler and his notebook. For people who don't want to sit in their room all the time, the free Wlan allows you to work throughout the hotel.
For a Hotel restaurant it's absolutely ok. Good food for reasonable prices.
So all together I enjoyed ma stay and hopeto return soon.

Hyvä iso hotelli keskellä kaupunkia hyvien yhteyksien äärellä.
hotellissa on hyvät ja nopeat hissit. Hotellin aamupala ei ollut paras mahdollinen, mutta vatsa tuli kuitenkin täyteen.
Tori jossa on paljon erilaita tarjottavaa on 300 metrin päässä. Sieltä lähtee myös pieniä laivoja, jotka tarjoavat risteilyjä Helsingin edustalle. Hotellin vieressä on myös laivaterminaalit. Kävely matkan päästä löytyy paljon korkealuokkaisia ravintoloita.

This hotel is very close to the Viking Ferry line terminal. From the hotel it is a very short walk to the waterside markets and ferry connection point for the zoo etc.
Breakfast was terrific
This is a great place to stay at a very reasonable rate
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The zoo ferry and entry cost was just 16Euro - a great value for a really interesting afternoon.

really lovely place to stay? it is situated very close to the ferry terminals. this is especially true for the viking line. however we had to travel by taxi to get to the tallink ferry terminal as it was in another bay of the harbour. it was still nice to be somewhere close enough to walk to shops and sights. central station is just a 10min walk, but be awhere that the streets are cobbled and would be rough on luggage wheels.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
We arrived on a Sunday morning at 6:30am. Most places do not open until noon, but the markets were opening from 9. The best thing about the markets were food stalls. We had freshly. Cooked salmon straight off the BBQ and reindeer meatballs yummo!
When then decided to take a trip on the ferry to the zoo. On an island. It wasbjust 16€ each and really nice place to vist.

Walk the Esplanade for great people-watching and a relaxing vibe. Great selection of restaurants and bars there too.

the hotel room is smaller comparing to other hotel in same location. the location is on small island part so we have to cross the bridge to the main land.
food is great after food we cannot find place to sit.

take ferry to the suomenlinna lsland it is historical beautiful place.
