reasonable price for the appropriate service.very polite and communicative employees in the reception.nice and tasty food in the restaurant.the location is good-in the center of the city.

世界遺産・ヴェルラの工場に最寄りの町ということでコウボラのこのホテルに泊まった。駐車場が分かりづらかった。２階の駐車スペースに行くと、いきなり４階のベランダで裸の中年男性４人が涼んでいたのでびっくり（後でサウナ後の急休憩と判明）。レストランは、せっかくのスープに余計なタバスコがかかっているなど味はまあまあ。部屋はバスタブがなく、３歳児の息子はシャワーが苦手なので入れなかった。
それ以外は概して良。息子へはお絵かき帳とトカゲのおもちゃをプレゼントしてくれた。

Holtellin sijaonti on hyvä, rautatieasema ja linja-autoasema ihan vieressä! Palvelu hotellissa hyvää ja mielyttävää, asiakkaita neuvotaan ja heille on aikaa! Kaikki tärkeät paikat ovat lähellä hotellia , niin ravintolat kuin urheilupaikat. Meille tämä oli juuri sopiva paikka ja palveli tarkoitstamme, myös autoille oli riittävästi parkkipaokkoja. Toki huomaa, että hotellirakennus on jo jonkin ikäinen! Nautimme aamupalasta!
