Great hotel in the center of the city
Good location, nice rooms, good food

All in all we enjoyed our staying at the hotel. The location is perfect, the main street was next to our window. Still no sounds came through and we were able to sleep well.
Breakfast was good and there was definitely something for everyone.
I can sincerely recommend this hotel.

séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel de charme, bien situé au coeur de la ville de lahti. que se soit pour voyage d'affaires ou en famille vous trouverez tout ce que vous avez besoin dans cette hôtel calme, aux multiples services (wifi, bar, dancing, restaurant, sauna...) très bon acceuil, j'ai apprécié qu'une des personnes de l'acceuil parle le français lors de mon arrivé.

Das Hotel liegt in sehr zentraler Lage im Zentrum von Lathi. Der Markplatz und einige Restaurants sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal am Empfang wie auch in den anderen Bereichen des Hotels ist sehr freundlich. Es besteht die Möglichkeit in einer von mehreren Hotels genutzte Tiefgarage zu parken, die zwar von der Rückseite angefahren wird aber durch eine direkten Zugang zum Hotel erschlossen ist. Die Zimmer sind freundlich, gepflegt und im Winter sehr gut geheizt.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Eisstation und Sprungschanzen sind vom Hotel zu Fuß erreichbar.

huoneeseen kun saapui oli lattialla lasinsirpaleita, huonekalut olivat kuluneita ja likaisia. tv-pöytä oli sijoitettu osittain kulkuväylälle.. Eli ahtaaseen paikkaan. Mutta halvalla ei voi olettaa että sais hyvää huonetta.

Забронировали номер в отеле. Выехали в Финляндию на машине. Устроили себе обзорную экскурсию по городам и уставшие поздно вечером приехали в отель. Милая дама на рецепшен сообщила нам, что бронь была снята в тот же день, когда и была выдана ввиду какого-то политического съезда в Хельсинки. Долго извинялась, однако предъявила переписку с представителем Агода, в которой от лица администрации отеля сообщалось, что забронировать номер у них невозможно.
А вот нам никто этой информации уже не сообщил.
В результате администратор отеля предложила нам единственный вариант - ехать с этим же ваучером в другой отель сети Сокос в Хельсинки, это более 100 км от Лахти! Туда в ночи и отправились...
Таким образом были испорчены настроение и планы по поездке, а так же несколько потрёпан бюджет.
С Агодой больше связоваться не желаю и никому не советую.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Есть паркинг, но очень маленькая часть его принадлежит этому отелю.

Very nice hotel, the staff was very friendly and helped us all we needed, by every small or big request. Room was nice and clean and nothing to complain about. We stayed here for two nights and would like to stay here again. The breakfast buffet was nice and well assorted, which gave us a good start of the day. Nice with garage in the basement.
