clean room but poor service

Can not complain about hotel location. It locate at city center and can reach to any place in walking distance. However, service is poor. There is no restaurant or cafe or any other activities. Staff is quite cold, not very helpful. Room is not bad: clean and large with furniture at a standard level. Breakfast is terrible. Food is cold and not nice.

vi hade soligt och trevligt väder under hela tiden vi var i borgå så det hjälpte till att vistelsen blev lyckad.
människor var där också mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma.
där fanns också många intressanta och trevliga butiker.
Restaurant Tip:
Vi åt bara hos Wahlgrens och maten var jättegod och lyckad varje gång!
