A small but cozy place to be in

The guy who checked us into the hotel was polite. So was the waiter at Monte Rosa.
Located in the city area of Rovaniemi, this hotel is not too far from the bus and train stations. The size of the room is cozy and looks nice though it is very small.
The only thing that I must comment is the buffet breakfast spread. It lacks variety and quality. To add on, guests who came into the restaurant half an hour before the end of breakfast had nothing left for them to eat. They don't top up. Disappointed with breakfast. The only hotel I've been that leaves you hungry even after breakfast.

The rooms are without air-condition. We should open the windows all the time. But there is a pub on the ground floor, many people stayed outside the pub, so quite noisy at night.
The staff are helpful for giving a lot of information about sight-seeing. Besides, when we missed the airport bus, she help us to catch the bus again.
