Lovely boutique hotel in Aix-en-Provence but be warned this is the Hotel Cezanne not to be confused with Cezanne Hotel in Cannes. Unfortunately our booking was mixed up even though our Hotel Voucher had the correct address. Fortunately,the evening manager found us a room with the promise of an upgrade the next night for our inconvenience. However, when they found the error to come from the Agoda end they were not so friendly. Eventually I sorted it out with Agoda (half a day lost), but needless to say that now there was no room upgrade. This put a dampener on what would have been a very pleasant stay as the hotel is charming, the breakfast chef talented and delightful and general atmosphere warm and inviting.
Restaurant Tip : Had a nice evening at Chemin Fer; would not have found this typically provence-style retaurant without recommendation from staff

staff were really really helpful and friendly, room were morden and clean, breakfast were great, omelet were simple but good quality.
hmmm, room might be on the small side, but then again how much time you wanna spend in your room, you are in provence...go out enjoy the sun!
LOVE the lights, want to know where to get them!!!although it's on the small side, but it's france.and it's aix.so you are in one of the most loved ville in provence.
i didn't like the restaurants in the centre of Aix, too much tourists, but the location of the hotel is great for get around if you like city centre...the market the staff recommended were great! i made new friends there!!!oh the bar in the hotel is good too, self-service, also they offer fresh aipricots!
