Proper Hotel with Small Budget

The hotel is 10min walk to La Rodonte in Cours Mirabeau, thus its location is good. The hotel is proper with reference to the price paid, for a small city full of tourists. The room is ok, not too big, with a small balcony facing the street, which actually we hadn't used. The bathroom is basic. Hotel has its own car park, with charge of about 10 euros. Even though some reviews mentioned there is public parking opposite the hotel, but it's crowded, and you may have the risk the car being towed away by police if you don't drive it away the next morning before 6am !
