free internet on ground floor (but need to wait)
close to Metro station (4-5 mins walk) reception is not very helpful when I ask for adoptor; not too friendly
location is a bit far from downtown (~20-30 mins by MRT) overal it is a good experience staying at Novatel although we see some room for improvement. The water cooker in our room was out of order and we didnt get a replacement until the second day when we asked for it again. Receptionist is not very helpful when we asked for help for an adoptor (reception only asks us to buy it and not too friendly). Other than these, room is clean and has window. Breakfast is included and food is ok. free internet access on ground floor but we generally need to wait as only two terminals are available.
Hotel Feature Tip : it's not to far from Metro station as hotel is located in the western part of Paris. only few mins walk to closest Metro station.

This was way more like a North American hotel than any other I had stayed at in France and Italy. And the fact it was sooo close to the underground was awesome, less than a 5 min. walk and then you could get pretty much anywhere in Paris within 30 minutes. Plus they had free internet which was really nice. The service in the restaurant wasn't the greatest. It was good. It wasn't my first choice as I was looking for something cheaper (I didn't plan on spending much time in my room) however there was a mix up with my original hotel and I ended up here. It was more than I wanted to pay, but it was worth the money. The beds were so comfortable. The service was good and immediate.

Facilities, room lighting is good, spacious, simple and neat Hotel room service in general, broadband and wireless Internet access is too expensive There are large hotel next to shopping malls and supermarkets, next to a Chinese restaurant and Japanese restaurant each one. Convenient shopping and dining. However, the surrounding environment in general, second-hand goods at a stall market, more noisy and dirty.
