secure parking - smelly bedrooms

Instead of the booked triple room we were first sent to a double with extra bed. After complaining we got two connected rooms. These were smelly due to black mould in both bathrooms. The ceiling in the double bedroom came down where it adjoined the bathroom.
Very noisy. Also not happy with the way the attempt was made to charge for the dog - even though in the internet it was stated that dogs are travelling free of charge.
Would not go there again!
Restaurant Tip:
There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel and they can be easily reached by foot.
