Le séjour avait bien commencé et en règle générale rien de spécial à signaler, mais au moment de partir, à la réception, surprise !
Le prix des chambres, payées d'avance via le site, avait augmenté de 33 %, au milieu de notre séjour. Nous refusions de payer l'augmentation et le préposé de la réception s'est servi, sans notre accord, sur notre carte VISA débitant des montants à notre insu. Nous ne savons pas encore comme il a pu opérer et ce n'est que de retour chez-nous lors de la consultation de nos comptes VISA que nous avons constatez la supercherie.
