The cleanliness and the services.
The hotel has a very poor condition everywhere. The services provided don't worth the money.I have been here before but under the Le Meridian Management.
As I made the reservation, I didn't notice that it is the same hotel. If I would have known that it is the same hotel, I would never booked this hotel again. Even with the hotel chain, I was not satisfied with the service.
