Old, small rooms, minimum hot water on 7th floor, disappointing food, dining staff extremely inflexible and stressed, elevators slow.
If ever I visited Lourdes again, I would not stay at this hotel. I would pay extra and stay at a 3 star hotel with modern amenities. The hotel is in dire need of updating, including beds, decor, bathrooms, plumbing, etc. Most staff were friendly but others were most unaccommodating. The only pros are the location and price.
