City Suites Lyon Vaise Hotel, Lyon

Well, normally I'm a fond of serviced apartments so to find this property seemed to be a real luck. In fact the apartments itself are not bed: they were clean and spacious and had a kitchenette with quite a big fridge. But why its staff works in hospitality sphere if they almost hate visitors??? A lady on reception paid no attention to us when we tried to check in, and it took a lot to finally make her to stop chatting with cleaning lady and turn to us. Do you think she turn with a pleasant smile? No: she accused us in being impolite when trying to attract her attention! And if it had been the only incident... Others receptionists were just indifferent which was almost nice after dealing with the first lady. Otherwise it was ok apart from a fact that making up room here seemed not to include washing up. Doesn't matter, it's not a big deal to do it ourselves. Bear in mind that the property is not in the city center, but transportation is handy with metro station literally next door to the apartment. One of them had even shouted at me when I tried to get internet access; others were indifferent at best).
