Location could be better. A room was very good

Marseille... a wonderful city especially in the summer time. There were many hotel to choose from and we made our choice with this one because of a really good price. The hotel is very nice, the room is big enough. It is located not in the hart of a historic city and it takes a 10-15 min walk to the nearest metro station. Located in a quiet region near a renovated park. It is open 24 hours and there were no problems with staff at all. They were pretty helpful. No minuses with the hotel but summer 2012 was a period when evrything (almost everything) was in ruins in Marseiile (especially roads) as they were preparing for 2013 - Marseille will be a europenian capital of culture. The service and room itself are very good for this price.
Travel tip:
We had a good time here. Do not miss out on a stay here.

Séjour d'une nuit très agréable, belle chambre et salle de bain très jolies. Nous avons apprécié la petite attention café/thé présente dans la chambre. Un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Le seul bémol : le bruit des voitures peut-être un peu trop présent mais rien de grave compte tenu de la grande avenue marseillaise sur laquelle l'hôtel est placé.

Emplacement un peu étrange, à proximité de l'autoroute, mais la rénovation est très réussie. Le décors est moderne et agréable, belle vue urbaine, grande salle de bain, proximité du métro Prado (10-15 minute de marche). Très bon rapport qualité / prix.

Le Kyriad-Rabatau = un havre de paix
Qualité d'accueil. Excellent restaurant. Chambre agréable et très calme. Pas de bruit. Personnel à l'écoute et très disponible.

Lors de la réservation, je trouvais que l'hôtel était un peu éloigné. Mais finalement le transfert de la gare à l'hôtel avec des valises ne pose aucun problème. L'autobus 72 à proximité puis le métro nous permettent de rejoindre le centre très rapidement et sans crainte. Près de l'hôtel il y a un très beau parc. Le stade du Vélodrome n'est pas très loin pour les amateurs de football. Il est rare de trouver un hôtel aussi calme dans une grande ville. Lors de mon prochain séjour à Marseille, je ne choisirai pas un autre hôtel. Le Kyriad-Rabatau est parfait car l'on s'y sent vraiment en sécurité et au calme.
Hotel Feature Tip:
J'ai beaucoup apprécié le restaurant de l'hôtel qui propose une petite carte mais les mets sont vraiment excellents et peu onéreux. Point n'est besoin de chercher un restaurant dans les environs.

ロケーションは地下鉄の駅からも遠く不便さを感じる。しかし、部屋の内装などは、他のホテルに比べて新しく良く感じられる。慣れてくると近くの駅からのマーケットなどがあるためそこで水などが買える。
