Couples New Zealand, September 09, 2012	Huge room at a great price Lots of space, tidy 6.7 Only required a room for one night before heading to Paris on the train the next day, and this place was fine. The room was large and clean, the shower was great, and the instructions for check-in and out (reception is only open in the morning) were in English and French, thankfully! Also had free wi-fi. make sure you know how to get to the train station or aiport using public transport if you are on a budget; the taxis in Nantes are expensive.

Business travelers France, February 05, 2013	Emplacement ideal mais qualité moyenne Près du parc des expositions et de la beaujoire 5 studio simple et efficace. dommage que les fenêtres soient mal isolées (sonore et thermique) de plus, le principe du studio est bien, mais l'inconvénient est que le frigidaire se trouve juste à côté du lit. donc du bruit. ce type de logement n'est pas adapté pour mon utilisation. j'étais plus à la recherche d'une chambre normale d'hotel.
