It was my first visit to Nice. And this hotel is nearby to coastline. So it was nice to check Nice sea views out
Also, staying in apartment is nice, since you can easily make a coffee or anything else (having oven) after long sightseeing/walking day.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Coastline - every part of the day: early morning/day/evening.
And Nice has a lot of nice places and view, which can be visited, since Nice is rather small and you can check them out on your own foot.

海岸に近く、立地がよさそうなのと値段が手ごろだったのでこのホテルというかアパートメントを予約しました。
私たちがニースに着いたのは夜の11時過ぎでホテルの場所に行ってみるとホテルではなくアパートメント手配の事務所がありました。そしてその事務所が閉まっていたため仕方なく他のホテルを予約しなおして宿泊することになりがっくり。
次の日再び事務所に訪れると指定された部屋はなんと海岸からかけ離れた駅近くの部屋でした。話が違うだろと言ってみると海岸近くの絵やはすべて満室とのこと。ならば最初から地図のホテルの場所など誤解されるような書き方はしないでほしいです。
部屋自体は広く清潔でしたが冷房がしょぼくて窓を開けっ放しにして排気する必要のある機種だったため夜は騒音などがひどく暑苦しかったです。
いい部屋もあると思うんですが、僕たちにはいろいろとひどいアパートメントでした。
