Staff has very good command of English; Efficient check-in and check-out; Clean reception, seating area & public spaces; Comfortable bed; Reasonable room size.
High speed / wireless internet is not free; No complimentary water or welcome fruit in room; Not enough parking space; Slow in email communication.
The hotel is a short drive from Nice airport (15 mins), the location is so central, with the Old Town, the open market and Messena Square 5 minutes' walk away, so it was very easy to find a restaurant for meals, ice cream, bread and souvenirs to take home. Also, short walk to the train station (10mins).
We booked for a standard room and when we got there we had a twin room; we asked at the reception to change to a double bed and it was done the same day, which was quite efficient. Breakfast each morning was good, which was included in our package. Check in and check out are very smooth.
We stayed at a standard room, and their bathroom might need some updating. The shower head and tap on wash basin look a bit dated, it's not a power-shower and you cannot make it into a hand-held shower thing, but otherwise it's fine. The room was cleaned everyday, to a good standard, which is not unexpected for a 4* hotel. Not so much on the small touches that you would normally get with hotels that have more than 3 stars; they did have small pebble-shaped chocolates on pillows for 2 nights, and we stayed there for 4 nights.
Despite everything, for its location it's a really good hotel. If you wanted an extremely sophiscated boutique hotel, there are plenty in St Paul de Vence and Cannes. This place is very good for its location and as a medium sized hotel. For its price range, we would stay there again.
Hotel Feature Tip : Parking: there are a number of car parks near by, the hotel's allocated spaces are limited but it is not a worry. Both charge similar prices.

Nice place and very good location close between old and new city
The standar room are small, no parking.
lobby and bar are very good and people kind, good quality!!!
