Choiseul Hotel Nice Info
This fancy Belle Epoque building is next to the train station, handy to trams and not too far from the waters of the Cote D�Azur. Elaborate French architecture and a super convenient position make the Choiseul Hotel an appealing �choise� for those visiting Nice by rail. Comfortable air-conditioned and sound-proofed rooms come in a variety of motifs, some newly refurbished and some with cute little French balconettes from which the comings and goings of the locals can be observed. The beach is a 15-minute walk from here, or guests can just hop on the new tram that runs straight to the Promenade des Anglais. The hotel�s Sunfish caf� and bar is a place of much mirth � especially once the sun goes down.

near the railway station, 10minutes walk. nice breakfast
the wall is too thin. unstable service level.
The hotel is in renovation, and we were directed to another hotel 200 meters away. Service level depend on who you get, the guy on 23th Dec. is cold and reply our request of luggage deposit with only a impatient sentence of "we are not responsible for lose of luggage", but the guy on 24th is nice and friendly. The wall is too thin, I was wake up by ring tone of my neighors and I can hear the snort and coughing:( The room is small but clean especially bathroom. But I booked a double room but had a twin one.
