Comte Hotel Nice Info
This budget hotel close to trains and trams provides an excellent base for discovering both Nice and the other towns of the Côte d'Azur. A few blocks from the main train station, the Hotel Comte de Nice offers value difficult to come by on the Riviera and puts guests in a good position for navigating around the city and the entire coastline. The beach is a 25-minute walk down the lively Avenue Jean Medecin and can also be reached via Nice's efficient new tram system, as can the Promenade des Anglais and the Old Town, the area's must-see locations. Rooms at the Hotel Comte are neatly furnished with pine paneling and prints of Matisse art works, while the rooftop suite has a tranquil private garden terrace. This property also offers apartments with kitchen facilities and separate living and sleeping areas.

Road sign is not avialible.
Entrance was not convenient for heavy luggages.
Breakfast was not included.
Room was not too clean. I booked this hotel for the location, but it was not close to the train station as I expected. This hotel is not well-known in the neighborhood. It took us a long time to find in that hot day.
The Front Desk people were helpful and kind to guide us.
