very well located in nice, close to everything, large clean rooms, good service at reception
poor sound isolation, almost non-existent ..
Kyriad is a central hotel close to Nice station. Hotel rooms are large and fresh, the bathroom feels completely renovated. The breakfast is quite ok and it can be eaten out at a rustic courtyard. The staff is service minded and good at English. The hotel is quite affordable feels familiar even though it is rather large.
Shopping Tip : French Rean beginning July 8, look like in the Lafayette department store, really worth the visit!

Close to the station. Well within walking distance of the beach.
The station was very close to Nice. The Monaco GP, rates were reasonable even though at the Cannes Film Festival. I think the high cost performance.
