Reception lady is very friendly and kind.
Nice breakfast.
Good location.
The room is not so clean, but other than that everything is OK.
I will stay at this hotel again when I go to Nice again. The price is also quite reasonable. Except that room is not so clean maybe due to the oldness of the building.
