The hotel is situated just a few minutes walk from the port, the Place Garibaldi and the old town.
The staff is very kind and helpful.
The room and the bath was clean. The room and the window is quite small. We went to Nice just to relax for few days, and this hotel was excellent choice for our stay. We did not need to use the public transport because the main attractions are very close. The bus station is about 700 m away, to reach the airport and the surroundings is simple.
The staff was the best we have ever met.
If we go back to Nice we will choose this hotel again.

Why do they cut sausages on small pieces? They should improve breakfast (whole lenght sausages, roasted bacon etc...)

Reception lady is very friendly and kind.
Nice breakfast.
Good location. The room is not so clean, but other than that everything is OK. I will stay at this hotel again when I go to Nice again. The price is also quite reasonable. Except that room is not so clean maybe due to the oldness of the building.

excellent breakfast, near the port, air conditioning bathroom on the tight side Good value for money, excellent room (TV, internet) with small and large bathroom and excellent breakfast options (many fruits, cereals), located near the port (ferry), where many restaurants are. Also easily accessible by public transport (tram). Friendly service. Hotel offered a clean impression. This hotel rises above many other hotels in France of this organization.

Parking should advance. Hardly place within 10min. Noisy air conditioning. Fine close to port, but prices for quality family is downright weak.
