Vying for �hidden gem� status in Nice, this unassuming little hotel just off the Promenade is full of pleasant surprises. Around the corner from the beach, the Massenet Hotel is a quiet and cozy property of modest yet immaculate presentation. A relaxed family atmosphere permeates its 29 rooms � all equipped with window shutters for insulation, air-conditioning and cable TV and accessible via lift � not always the European standard. Location of the Massenet is a big plus � it�s located off a pedestrian area a few hundred meters from the beach and the promenade yet quiet and with plenty of parking for visitors with cars. Guests can stroll along the boardwalk to the Old Town in less than ten minutes and Nice�s best caf�s, restaurants and views are all within a few minutes� walk.
