This comfortable hotel is in the center of the city and features spacious guest rooms with excellent facilities. The hotel is located very close to the many of the famous entertainment and shopping areas such as Avenue Jean Medecin and Nice Etoile which are great for guests looking to do some holiday shopping. Each of the guestrooms is comfortable and clean with modern amenities and are great for relaxing after a long day or particularly tiring flight. The Paradis Hotel houses an excellent restaurant which serves local French cuisine and other European specialties throughout the day.

Great Location

This is a basic service hotel located a stone's throw from the Promenade des Anglais and the old town in Nice. Do not expect hot and cold running flunkies - the place is run on a shoestring and the staffing levels reflect it, but so do the prices.
The rooms are French - that is small but adequate. My daughter and I each had a room, but sharing a room would require a certain amount of logistical effort or acrobatic training. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was small but it worked.
I found no evidence of bedbugs reported in other reviews.

Great Position
Great position, close to the sea, the old town and shops.

Hotel Paradis is a small hotel close to the Promenade des Anglais, the Old Town of Nice and the main shopping strip. Don't expect hot and cold running staff - the hotel is run on a minimal level of staffing but this is reflected in the price. The staff they do have are friendly and helpful.
Rooms are typically small for France but they are adequate. The lift is tiny - one person plus a bag is all it can carry and it only goes to the 3rd floor (of five).

The location is nice. The room is clean and it features Wi-Fi that can access inside the room. The staff is nice and friendly.
Shopping Tip:
It is definitely near the branded stores. And not to forget a lot of cafes around. That is what make the convenience location.
