Location, fluent english and helpful staff! Hotel just located in the busy street of Nice, only for pedestrians. Many restaurants and shops are around the hotel. Rooms are clean, bathroom is spotless. The staffs spoke fluent English and the were very welcoming from the start. They are also willing to help you. Wifi internet is cheap, 3 Euros for 24 hours. Breakfast is self service and very standard. Very good hotel for budget travelers.

If u don't mind a room tat reminds u of a backpacker's inn, this one is for u. Because for the price that u pay, it's considered to be a steal to find so much happening just at your doorstep. The trick to Nice is that it gets more and more exciting as u move down from the train station towards the beach. And this little secret is just a street away from the beach. Its main shopping district is also just a stone's throw away. Great place to set up base if u want to stay in Nice for an extended period of time.
