it's okay- good reviews but not so good experience

it was hard to find, or maybe i went to the wrong station,
the place was pretty dark but i guess because it was cheap.
you have to leave your room key in the reception every time you go out

dowload the app , "Paris Metro"-- that will help you a lot to know which underground trains to take, where to stop or change

The room is big enough for 2 persons stay. Bed is comfy, bathroom is clean and nice. Elevator is very small, it can fit max a person with one huge luggage. Hotel is located on the quiet street but still not too far from major sightseeings. Eiffel tower and les invalides are within walking distance. There are many good restaurants and bars around the hotel, you just have to walk along the street. Supermarket is right opposite the hotel. The closest metro is Commerce station, only few mins walking from hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
Must try Eric Kayser on Rue du Commerce street. A La Tour Eiffel is also very tasty and great choice for dinner. There are not many tourists at this restaurant. Or you can take metro to Mabillon station, there are lots of bars and cool places where are all parisian hang out.

Not so friendly staffs but they are normal. Locationj of hotel is near 2 metros. A few mini marts near the hotel wherte you can buy basic stuffs. There is a post office just across the hiotel.
Shopping Tip:
As for the shopping part, all the branded boutigues are in Array 1 (Area 1).That is the most popular place in the whole of Paris, but surrounding Array 1 you will be able to find the other boutigues.

lovely 2 star hotel with Great location.

We stayed in Paris for one night. The rooms are small, but they are clean. Quiet, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. Hotel seems very secure and is not in a bad neighbourhood. There are some bakery and shop near by. Close to 3 difference line metro station. However, it's do not have air-cond and it's hot in summer night.

1st floor (one flight up) is not served by elevator. All else was OK. I made a mistake and reserved the room for one person, the additional person cost 10 euros/night. Grrrrr. Most hotels rent a room, not bedspace!!!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Easy access to all Paris attractions. Buy a "Parise Visite" transit pass (Tourist Bureau near the Pyramides Metro sta.) for the number of days you are there, you will save a lot of money. Get a transit map there or on the web and the city is very easy to navigate.

reception staff helpful and friendly and english speaking. breakfast not included in price but 8euro/person and is all you can eat. rooms are small but adequate. rooms are stuffy and require aircoditioning and proper ventilation. bathrooms are adequate. safety deposit no available but payment required... 1euro everytime it is opened. pillows are uncomfortable... too soft with no neck support but i suppose you get what you paid for. wifi is available. good location. 5mins walk from 3 metro stations on 3 different lines. walkin distance to eiffel tower and seine river. variety of restaurants within vacinity and all reasonably priced. we checked out much earlier than we left paris and the hotel provides luggage storage which is very convenient. elevators are tiny and stop between floors which require you to walk up/down a few stairs with your luggage to get to your room.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If possible, it is best to prepay admission fees online to avoid waiting in lengthy queues of >2hrs

the hotel is small but sufficient for us. Location is perfect. only 5 mins from Metro Chambronne station, post office and atm machine right in front the hotel. 15 mins to Eiffel Tower and Hop on Hop off bus station.
Restaurant Tip:
There is a nice and good chinesse restaurant nearby. Small supermarket and fruit store.
