near some main metro sations, such as Gare du Nire and Gare de l'Est. Supermarket nearby. Nice staff.
The hot water supply in bathroom is not stable. Sometimes you have to wait about 1 to 2 minutes for proper water temp during the shower. It happended to us everyday. The water was wither too hot or too cold. The insulation 9sound proof) wasn't too good. Sometimes we were waken up by someone next to our room from both sides in the morning or in the late night.
The price wasn't too bad as we got buy 3 get o1 night free while we paid. The staff there was helpful and friendly. Though this hotel isn't too far from the Gare du Nord station, generally speaking, it is still bit far from main sight seeing points. The surroundings nearby isn't too attractive.
Shopping Tip : There is a bakery on the main road near the hotel where we spent 2 euro for a 1L bottled water. While the next day, we found there is another supermarket not far from the bakery, and for the same water, it only cost us 40p euro there. So avoid to purchase drinks in the bakery!!!

Good breakfast (7AM-10AM), kind staff, clean, spacious room, 1 minute walk to the metro stop (Marcadet-Poissonniers), 3 metro stops to Gare du Nord, walking distance to Sacre Coeur.
Tiny shower, when someone takes a shower in a room next to yours or above then don't count for hot water, no elevator, more low budget type of a hotel, not a good area for single females.
If you expect comfort and nice hotel in a nice area then this hotel is not for you. If you are an American then this hotel is not for you unless you look just for a bed, breakfast and shower. Good for low budget travelers and backpackers that want to get a room for themselves instead of a bed in a hostel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Walking distance to Sacre Coeur.

Economic, clean, friendly staff, PRESSURE SHOWERS
This hotel is ideal if you measure less than 1.70 and if you're a good athlete. No lift, but 6 floors with spiral staircases. The bath rooms are tiny indeed, the furniture quite old and in poor condition, very economical but clean and centrally located, there are lots of hot water pressure is a blessing. It depends on what each wants, I went with my boyfriend to celebrate our anniversary, but only stopped at the hotel to sleep at night, nothing more, so they met our expectations. I recommend it to all who wish to know Paris and not enjoy the luxuries of a hotel.
Restaurant Tip : Turks and giregos in the area are excellent cheap and tasty!
