This hotel is very well located. The staff was very knowledgable, helpful and dependable. The breakfast does not offer much choice compare to Amercan standard. I will highly suggest reviewing the comfort of the bedding and the carpet in the room to make it more in line with a four star Boutique Hotel. Overall I will highly recommend this Hotel and will come back surely.

good location nearby metro and restaurants, nice rooms with a big space for clothes, bathroom and toilet are separated, nice breakfast-room, very friendly staff (equal if at the reception-desk, in the breakfast-room or in house-keeping).
A very nice hotel, nearby an metro-station. Many restaurants around the hotel. Good price-value!
I only can recommend the hotel to everybody who's visiting Paris.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Visit "Tour Montparnasse. From that skyscraper you have a much more beautiful view over Paris than from the Eifel-Tower. And besides that it's also not so crowded with visitors and the entrance-fee is cheaper.
