Nice location, good staff, good room and cheap
I like this hotel because it locates near by Anvor station( 2minutes walk from this station).
In addition, we can access Montmantre hill easily.
However, this hotel doesn't have bath tab. There is just shower room.

closer to Metro station, morning breakfast and English speaking staff (at least some)
very small rooms, outside noises, very bad heating in the room
the hotel is right across the street from Avenir station and walking distance from Sacre Coere. We couldn't see Sacre Coere from our room on 2nd floor but probably can be seen from 4th/5th floor rooms. room heating was very bad, even after asking staff to increase room temperature. also room was very small compared to US standards. we were in the city for most of the day, so smaller room was not a big issue but for $80/day I expected bigger room with good heat.
