Great location, friendly staffs but the rooms are small.
We had a suite for 3 people. It was awkwardly positioned. The 3rd bed was actually a sofa bed, it was in the living space. The actual bedroom and living space was divided by a bathroom and a toilet. All the suites are located in between floors, which means you have to carry your luggage up and down about 6 steps of stairs, after the elevator ride. The internet was really slow too.

Good location but small rooms and noisy outside

Located near Champs Elysee so the hotel is very convenient to reach. However, the rooms are extremely small and we had trouble opening up two mid-sized suitcases. We were given a street facing room but it was so noisy outside that we had to request a room change.
Service was ok in general, but the lady on night shift was not that pleasant and tend to be quite curt.

Average hotel, the air-con was broken the first night we were there. The staff were friendly but definitely left something wanting. The room was also very small.

The location was not bad at all with a pretty food hotel. The oom is a bit small though and the aircon was not that cold/effective (the first night we stayed there it was broken too!). But aside from that not bad.

Since we arrived hours earlier than the usual check-in time, the hotel allowed our requests to have our luggages be kept safely by them while we start our open-bus tour enabling us to maximize our sightseeing time for the day. They even offered their library room for us to unpack our luggages and get some of the things that we need for the tour. The room is complete with the things that we need, including free wifi and daily newspapers. They even gave us maps and tips on how to go around Paris, from one tourist spot to another. Very accomodating receptionists and staff...from the time we arrived to the very last minute of our stay in that hotel.

The location is excellent - right by champs elysees (i think its like a 2 min. walk and you are where all the action is). The hotel is a modern and the staff is very easy going and helpful. They helped us with making reservation to places we wanted to go to right away. The hotel room is clean and tidy. The only complain is the lift to my floor is very small which can only fit 2 persons with limited baggage. Free internet access is plus.
