Renovated in Pleasant Location

The hotel when I stayed there in March 2013 was undergoing renovations and I received a renovated room.The disruption was minimal. The room was of decent size with nice large bathroom and comfortable bed. The price was very reasonable and it will be interesting to see if prices are raised when renovations are completed. The hotel is located right alongside Boucicaut Metro station on Line 8. Instead of paying the rather high price of the optional breakfast I went to a very nice cafe next to the hotel for morning coffee and croissant. The hotel has a modern feel to it and a comfortable public lounge area and garden which would be nice in warmer weather.I can recommend this hotel, situated in a quieter neighbourhood, with supermarket and other shops in the area.

Beds were comfortable. Slept very well. Metro station just a few steps away.

lovely hotel in a nice area. staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful. being so close to a metro station made transport into the centre very easy. room was very nice and well furnished.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The Eiffel tower is within walking distance technically but we found it very difficult to actually navigate our way there on foot and took us a lot longer than predicted due to repeatedly getting sightly lost! I'd recommend getting the metro to the Concorde, which places you in between the Louve and champs- elysees and gives great access from there to all the popular tourist spots by foot.

we had a lovely stay in this hotel.the staff were very helpful and nice. we chose this hotel because of tghe location. it's located in a mostly residential area, with small shops, safe neighborhood. the metro station is half a block away which was very convenient, we only used the metro rides in our entire Paris trip.
