Close to metro, clean and safe 6.3 Rented 2 rooms, one room facing the garden was of good value and quiet, however the room facing the main street was noisy. Location is close to the Metro , not many restaurants around, but close to Montmartre area.

The lift is out of order As the website clearly stated that this hotel has a lift, however, when we checked in, we are informed that the lift is out of order and the staff does not know when will the lift be repaired. As a result, my girl friend and I have to walk up and down from the ground floor to the 6th floor to get back to our room everyday. We have been stayed in this hotel for 5 nights, it is unacceptable that the lift is still not yet repaired when we checked out. I will certainly not to book this hotel if I know their lift is out of order. 2.Below standard hotel service For a 4 stars hotel, it is expected to provide a up to standard service to their customer. However, the 5 nights stay in this hotel is really a nightmare for us. The counter staff is exceptionally impolite and unfriendly. The most unacceptable thing is that our room is not yet clean up when we come back to hotel at 4p.m., I repeat, it is 4pm in the afternoon, I have never come across with such horrible situation even though in a 2 star hotel. I suggest if you don't want to have a bad impression on Paris, stay away from this hotel, especially you are Asian, you will definitely feel the discrimination .
