Hafizam M. Couples Malaysia, February 11, 2013	Nice Hotel & Receiptionist very helpful room & receptionist 8.7 I stayed at this hotel with my wife for our first Honeymoon in Paris. What a lovely hotel, the room is quite clean, not too small (just nice for a couple), complete for cooking set and a nice tub.. The receptionist were very helpful, especillay one of the young guy (forgot to ask his name, with blonde hair), he was very helpful recommended us where to go for shoping and sightseen, to take the nearest train, etc.. Thanks bro! I will definitely stay in this hotel if i have the opportunity to go to Paris again! Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Don't forget to bring umbrella... sometimes, it's raining unpredictable

Couples Australia, October 08, 2012	Overpriced for standard of accommodation The receptionists 4.3 we had booked well ahead but on arrival were given a sub-standard room off a concrete balcony; it was quite spartan, the bathroom had mould around bath area, a chipped bath and the toilet had a cracked seat. when we complained, firmly but pleasantly, we were shown the room next door. this room also had these same problems. we were told that next day there would be some more rooms becoming vacant and we then were offered one of these. we accepted to move to one on the ground floor and this was much more acceptable although still spartanly furnished. the price we had to pay, and the web site, led us to expect accommodation of a much higher standard. we were disappointed. however, the young ladies in reception were very pleasant and helpful. they also directed us to restaurants nearby and these were excellent. Travel tip: Good restaurants nearby. Reasonably convenient for Gare de Lyon.
