Comfort Davout Nation Hotel, Paris

Good Hotel. But the location is not in the city center and it's not the main metro line. However, it's close to the Metro though. At night, you can find several grocery stores around there. The internet wifi is available only in the lobby, Ground Floor therefore, you can't access in yr room. Helpful Reception and there are luggage room if you wanna leave yr luggage after checking out. The room is quite cleaned. It considered a safe place to stay in Paris.

I would recommend the Comfort Davout Nation Hotel for all travelers with medium expectations, who want to get good value for money. The price by booking in internet is not too high in comparison to the general level in Paris .. The hotel has basic comfort. The rooms have medium size. All is very clean and the staff are very friendly. It is good reachable by metro (only 3 stations away from Place de la Nation + 3 minutes walk), although the quarter around the hotel gives a bit feeling of sleeping residential area or suburb. The electrical heaters inside the rooms are a bit too small for very cold winter days, but it was no big problem. At the last day of our trip the breakfast was extreme below the good quality of the other days: almost all was eaten up already at 9 am, only basic food remained, we had to wait for dishes etc. At this Sunday morning came too many guests ...

We were surprised because we had booked the room well in advance but we arrived they said that they had no place and they took us in a hotel even more 'peripheral for two nights, with the excuse of work in progress ... no work was in progress as two more days ....
