Nice location,nice neighborhood(restaurants,shops,underground,taxis .....everything is very near !!!
the lobby is very poor,the room service is very bad,the concierge is not very efficient...you expect much more from a crown plaza!
overall,the positive things are much more than the negative ones.The hotel building is really very nice,the room is renewed but the details in the room not...it is nice if you forget that you are in a crown plaza and the kind of building your are staying in.
