we just stayed for 2 days, the room was small, with not much accessories like locker, fridge, etc. however, the staff was good, nice location and had a mall nearby too

this is a decent hotel ， location is not too far from the city， just one train u will arrive the city。we dont find it difficult to locate the hotel ，very near merto station。 stuffs are just not friendly i think。 i asked for phone service 。 she said i need to go down and give them my credit card number 。 but when i go thye said card number is in the computer system already。 and when i ask about the cost\rate to make a phone call， they said they didnt know。 16eur for 9min local call finally i was paying。 also， i asked for toilet paper， she said ＂not me＂thats it。 i wont call front desk if there is room keeping number i can call。
